What we collect, and what we don’t.
No trackers, no data sales, no fine print. Here is everything projectwon.ai knows about you, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This Privacy Policy explains how ProjectWon, operated by ProjectWon LLC (“ProjectWon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, submit a form, book a call, become a client, or interact with a website we build and manage.
By using our website or services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

01Information we collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, from public sources, and from third-party providers we use to run our business.
Information you provide to us
This may include:
- Name and business name;
- Email address and phone number;
- Business address and service area;
- Trade, role, and general information about your business;
- Website or domain name;
- Booking and appointment details when you schedule a call;
- Messages and form submissions;
- Materials you send us for your site, including logos, photos, videos, business hours, service descriptions, pricing or promotions, license numbers, certifications, and review or testimonial content;
- Billing and payment information, which is processed by our payment processor;
- Any other information you choose to provide.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Card details are handled by our payment processor under its own security standards and privacy policy.
Account access you grant us
To build and manage your site, you may give us access to accounts you control, such as your domain registrar, DNS, hosting, email provider, analytics, or Google Business Profile. We use that access only to build, host, manage, support, and secure your site, and only for as long as you are a client or until you revoke it.
Business information from public sources
For business-to-business outreach, we collect publicly available business contact information — such as business name, owner or contact name, business phone number, business address, website, business listing details, and publicly posted review information — from public sources and business directories. If you would rather not be contacted, email us at contact@projectwon.ai and we will remove you from our outreach lists.
Information collected automatically
When you visit projectwon.ai, we may automatically collect:
- IP address;
- Browser type;
- Device type;
- Operating system;
- Pages viewed;
- Date and time of visit;
- Referring website;
- Approximate location based on IP address;
- Cookies and similar technologies.
Information from client websites we host
We host and manage websites for our clients. In the course of doing that, our hosting and delivery providers generate standard server and security logs, and, where a client has analytics enabled, we may have access to aggregate visitor statistics for that site. Contact form submissions on a client site are delivered to that client and may pass through our systems in transit. See Section 03.
02How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule calls;
- Build, host, manage, maintain, and support client websites;
- Onboard clients and process edit requests;
- Manage accounts, billing, and subscriptions;
- Provide customer support;
- Contact businesses about our services where permitted by law;
- Analyze website and service performance;
- Monitor security and prevent fraud or misuse;
- Maintain records of consent, opt-outs, and communication preferences;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Enforce our Terms & Conditions.
03Client websites and their customers
If you submit a form on a website we built for one of our clients, that information is collected for the client and delivered to the client. The client controls the customer relationship and decides how the information is used. We process it on the client’s behalf to deliver it and to keep the site working.
For questions about your service request, appointment, quote, or customer relationship, contact that business directly. If you send us a request that belongs to a client’s customer relationship, we may direct you to that business or coordinate with them to respond.
We do not monitor, read, or respond to those submissions.
04Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, and analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website, improve the experience, remember preferences, measure marketing performance, and protect our services. These technologies may collect information such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and approximate location.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers and devices allow you to limit tracking, block cookies, or send privacy preference signals. Disabling cookies may affect how the website works.
Cookie and advertising choices
Some privacy laws give you the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling. To submit an opt-out request, contact us at contact@projectwon.ai with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out Request.”
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or similar signals. Because there is not a consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, our website may not respond to every browser-based signal unless required by applicable law.
05How we share information
We may share information with:
- Vendors and service providers that help us operate, including hosting, domain and DNS providers, content delivery networks, email providers, CRM and scheduling tools, analytics providers, payment processors, and support tools;
- AI providers used in our own design, development, and administrative workflows;
- Our clients, where the information was submitted through a website we built and manage for them;
- Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, or consultants;
- Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or government authorities when required or allowed by law;
- Another company in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that counts as a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or profiling under applicable privacy law, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required rights or notices.

08Data security
We use a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:
- Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols;
- Encryption of data at rest where supported by our hosting and database providers;
- Access controls limiting personal information to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis;
- Review of the third-party providers we rely on for hosting, messaging, scheduling, and payments;
- Reasonable measures to monitor for unauthorized access and suspicious activity;
- Retention controls that limit how long personal information is kept.
While we make reasonable efforts to protect personal information, no website, platform, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Security incidents
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and respond to it. Where required by law, we may notify affected clients, individuals, regulators, service providers, law enforcement, or other parties.
Where we process information on behalf of a client, that client may be responsible for notifying its own customers, employees, or regulators where it controls the customer relationship or where required by law.
We may delay or limit notice where allowed by law, including when notice could interfere with an investigation or increase security risk.
Sensitive information
Our services are not designed to collect, store, or process protected health information, medical records, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, background check information, biometric data, or precise geolocation, unless ProjectWon LLC has specifically agreed in writing to support that type of data.
Please do not submit sensitive information through our website, our forms, or a website we manage unless we have agreed in writing to support it and appropriate safeguards are in place. Our services are not intended to be used as a HIPAA-compliant system, a payment card storage system, or a system of record for highly sensitive personal information.
