The name is the whole idea

Project. Won.

Contractors think in projects. Bid it. Win it. Line up the next one. Everything we do exists to help trades businesses win more of the work they deserve — starting with how they show up online. The website is the first thing we build for a business. It won't be the last.

Somebody bid this. Somebody won it.

I wanted to build a software company before I knew what I’d build. Learning AI is what made starting one possible — and ProjectWon came out of that.

Trades businesses were the obvious place to begin. A shop can do careful, skilled, genuinely hard work for fifteen years and still lose the job to a competitor with a better website. Not a better crew. A better website. That gap is fixable, and almost nobody was fixing it at a price a three-truck shop would actually pay.

So we start with the website — the piece every business needs first, and the piece most of them are worst at. We build for the trades only. Not because the market is small, but because building one thing properly for one kind of business beats building six things adequately for everybody.

Software for the small shop
Where this is going S.02

Websites are where we start. Not where we stop.

The trades run on software built for big companies — the kind with a front office full of people to operate it. The owner with two or three trucks gets the same tools and none of the staff, so the tools sit half-used while the phone rings through. We think the small shop deserves the same leverage as the big one.

The website

Designed, built, hosted, and kept current for one flat rate. It’s live today, the price is published in public, and it’s the whole of what you’d be buying.

The long job · not built yet

The rest of the office

Taking the paperwork off the owner’s plate, one piece at a time. We’re drawing this part honestly — it isn’t built, and we won’t sell you a roadmap. It’s the direction, not the offer.

Nothing here is part of the $297.

Sign on today and you’re buying the website. You’re also getting a company that intends to still be building for your trade in ten years — not a freelancer who disappears after launch.

How we work S.03

Three rules we don't break.

Build it like it's ours.

Every site gets the same standard you're looking at right now. If we wouldn't put our own name on it, it doesn't ship.

Keep the deal simple.

One price, published in plain sight. No setup fee. If the deal needs a lawyer to understand, it's a bad deal.

Earn the month.

Month-to-month means you can leave whenever you want. We think that's the right kind of pressure — on us, not on you.

Next step

Let's talk shop.

Tell us about the business. We'll tell you exactly what we'd build for it.
